Medicine is, in my perspective, a tool that can impact society. In addition, sport has been an essential part of all stages of my life. And Emergency Medicine not only addresses critical scenarios, but also allows the development of prevention strategies, trying to avoid risks.
Emergency Medicine and Sport have an intrinsic relationship, and for this reason, this concept integrates prevention, and promotion and facilitation of exercise, properly prescribed, as a tool of bio-psycho-social well-being.
The idea is to contribute to develop a concept of healthy, responsible and informed family life around the exercise.
